This Privacy Policy explains how Motbit ("Motbit," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Android application Video Editor Pro (the "App"). This policy applies only to Video Editor Pro and not to other Motbit products.
When you choose a photo, video, or audio file, Android grants the App access only to the item or items you select. The App may copy a selected item into private or app-specific temporary storage so that local editing and FFmpeg processing can work reliably.
Selected media, editing operations, previews, and exported files are processed on your device. Motbit does not operate a media-upload server for the App and does not receive or store your selected photos, videos, audio, or exported projects.
Temporary working files may be removed by the App during later cleanup, by Android when storage is needed, when App data is cleared, or when the App is uninstalled. Exported files remain in app-specific storage or in the public media collection you selected until you delete them using the App, Android, or another file/media application.
If you choose Share, Android's system share sheet sends the selected export to the recipient or service you choose. That recipient's privacy practices apply to the shared content.

According to Google's disclosure for Google Mobile Ads SDK 25.4.0, the SDK automatically collects and shares the following information:
Google states that this information is used for advertising or marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance, and that data collected by the Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.
The Android advertising ID can be reset or deleted through Android privacy/ads settings. Google may serve limited or non-personalized ads depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and Google's policies.

Motbit does not sell your selected media or use its contents to build advertising profiles.
The App transfers the advertising information described in Section 3 to Google through Google Mobile Ads and UMP. Google acts under its own terms and privacy policies and may work with advertising technology providers as disclosed in its consent messages and documentation.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the App, to investigate fraud or security issues, or as part of a business transaction subject to applicable legal safeguards.
We do not share your selected media with third parties unless you initiate sharing through Android's share sheet or another user-directed action.
Where required by law, Google's UMP may present a consent or privacy message before eligible advertising is requested. Available choices depend on your location and the messages configured in Google's Privacy & messaging tools.

Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all ads. Contextual or limited ads may still be displayed and may still require limited processing for delivery, measurement, security, or fraud prevention.
The App stores selected-media working copies only as needed for editing. Android or the App may clear temporary cache files. App-specific data is removed when you clear App storage or uninstall the App. Publicly exported files remain until you delete them.
Google determines retention periods for information processed by Google Mobile Ads and UMP. Please consult Google's privacy and retention documentation and use Android/Google advertising controls where applicable.
Video Editor Pro does not provide user accounts. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information controlled by Motbit by emailing motapppro@gmail.com with the subject “Video Editor Pro Privacy Request.” We may need enough information to verify and process the request. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Because Motbit does not receive your locally edited media, deletion of that media must be performed on your device. Information controlled directly by Google may also need to be managed through Google or Android privacy controls.
Media editing is performed locally in app-specific storage. Android
content permissions and content:// sharing grants are used
to limit file access. Network information transmitted by Google Mobile
Ads is encrypted in transit using TLS according to Google.
No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please keep your device and Android security updates current.
Video Editor Pro is not directed to children under 13, and Motbit does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to Motbit, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
The App should not be offered as child-directed or included in Google Play's Families program unless its advertising configuration and content have first been reviewed and updated to meet all applicable child-directed requirements.
Google and other service providers may process advertising information in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy policies describe their processing locations and safeguards.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, or withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise rights relating to information controlled by Motbit. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Ads, Android's share sheet, and App menu links may open third-party apps or websites. Motbit does not control those services. Review their privacy policies before providing information.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, SDKs, legal requirements, or data practices change. We will publish the revised policy at the App's Google Play privacy-policy URL and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or through the store listing where appropriate.
